Job Summary:
As the Global Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding Solospace's presence worldwide. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key organizations, businesses, and individuals to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and create meaningful opportunities within the metaworld. Your expertise in cultivating and managing global partnerships will help establish Solospace as the go-to platform for virtual reality experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential partners, including technology companies, content creators, event organizers, educational institutions, and industry influencers, to form strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Solospace's business objectives, focusing on geographical expansion and target markets.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and continuously explore new opportunities to enhance partnerships and drive mutual growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure beneficial and sustainable collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to leverage partnerships and drive awareness, adoption, and monetization of Solospace's metaworld.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for collaboration and strategic advantage.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in global partnership management or a similar role, preferably in the technology, gaming, or virtual reality industries.
- Strong network of industry contacts and an established reputation for successful partnership development and management.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute plans accordingly.
