This includes Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) products such as Ray-Ban Stories, Quest, Horizon Worlds, Workplace and VR games. The RL Marcom team drives adoration and everyday usage for RL products by unleashing data-driven marketing and creativity to accelerate business results. We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to focus on Augmented Reality. Someone who is passionate about building brands and is experienced in developing and executing insights-driven brand and consumer marketing plans that move hearts and minds. We look to bring the consumer perspective to our marketing efforts with the intent of driving integrated and deliberate storytelling throughout the funnel. This requires an ability to lead an effective cross-functional process for developing integrated marketing plans using deep analytical rigor, a deep understanding of consumer and market dynamics and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans that breakthrough in culture. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of cultural curiosity around the trends shaping customer behaviors today and in the future; strategic vision and communication skills; and expertise applying creative thinking to business problems. It will be critical that this person is able to unify teams around a strategic north star in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, dynamic environment built to move fast. They are excited about the technologies that Meta creates and the potential of the metaverse.
Integrated Marketing Manager, Augmented Reality Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to apply analytical rigor, a deep understanding of audience and country-level market dynamics, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans that truly move the needle.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategy to support an ambitious roadmap.
- Responsible for delivering global, cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis and reporting
- Develop a deep understanding of our audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across products and industries.
- Create inspiring briefs to reach our target audiences and achieve business goals.
- Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks that are all fueled from audience insights to capture new customers and sustain existing relationships.
- Partner closely with the teams listed below to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns: Local markets, Product Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Social, Influencer, Communications, Planning and Media investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management.
- Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.
- Inform our overall global brand strategy based on program performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a diverse media mix that delivers measurable brand and business results.
- Experience in consumer product categories and brands such as consumer technology, wearables, AR/VR technologies, or culture driven brands.
- Understanding of consumers, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated experience working with media and creative agencies.
- Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- International experience and knowledge about diverse cultural, social and business landscapes.
- E-commerce and retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies.
- Experience working for a developing or emerging brand with multiple products.
