Our engineering team is fully focused on building the next generation of Mixed Reality solutions that will push spatial computing forward and change how companies work for decades to come. You’ll have the chance to work with new technologies, frameworks, and take on the challenges and opportunities that come with building a scalable and standardized enterprise solution.

How you'll make an impact:

• Work closely with the core engineering team to design and develop software and ensure delivery of a quality enterprise-grade solution.
• Provide technical leadership for a team of software engineers and set practices and standards for high code quality, performance and reusability.
• Participate in development planning, prioritization and code review.
• Hands-on development of the latest application features with thoughtful consideration for balancing different platforms, form factors and device capabilities. 

What you can offer:

• 5+ years of overall professional software experience and 3+ years working with Unity3D.

• 2+ years in a senior-level software engineering or software leadership role.

• Proficiency in developing object-oriented software, with deep experience in C#.

• Demonstrated experience working with real-time networking and multiplayer games/applications.

• Demonstrated experience working with VR/AR/MR technologies.

• Experience with server-side development and server systems is a plus.

• Strong ability to read and understand existing source code.

• Strong foundation in software in data structures, algorithms and software design.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – able to give and take feedback in a constructive manner.

• A strong sense of self-awareness.

• Independent and driven, but willing to learn.
