Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI lead to define and implement our Artificial Intelligence strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of advanced AI technologies within our venture. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for AI integration within VRWorkout, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Definite our data capture, mining and reinforcement learning strategies
• Figure out and lead various aspects of the business we can use AI
• Drive the development of AI algorithms and models that enhance user engagement, personalization, and overall workout effectiveness.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, identifying opportunities for technology adoption and innovation within VRWorkout.
• Ensure AI technologies adhere to ethical guidelines and respect user privacy.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI algorithms, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Passion for fitness and a keen interest in virtual reality technologies.
