Job Description
The Sales Scout is working with a client based in Brooklyn, NY that's seeking a new Vice President of Sales. The company is a Virtual Reality gaming company that's experiencing tremendous growth. You would be selling and managing a team of sellers offering virtual reality simulators.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of sales reps and drive top line revenue for the company's VR gaming arcade systems
- Prospect and sell the company's VR gaming arcading systems to a variety of clients
- Manage sales pipeline in company's CRM system
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting for yourself and team
- Train and coach sales reps
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience - preference will be given to technology sales
- 2+ years of management experience
- A hunter, manager and leader - everyone in the company sells
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota
Compensation
- 70,000 base salary
- 200,000+ OTE
