Job Description
The Virtual Reality Group Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of the Sony Pictures Virtual Reality team, getting hands-on experience with projects and new technologies while learning about growing the business of virtual reality.
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties for two execs (SVP + VP), including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, booking and IT management.
- Running internal and external play sessions and demos
- Align with Finance for Vendor onboarding and payments
- Work with Legal on submitting SOWs for vendor work
- Work with Finance on tracking Production and Marketing costs/payment in-flow/out-flow management.
- Manage digital asset archive and coordinate the transfer of assets between key parties
- Work alongside execs on the build of SPVR presentation decks
- Ensure that all SPVR game in-house hardware and software is updated to latest versions
- Coordinate with the marketing team on Store Page programming and Management including localization.
Qualifications
- Experience in video game, marketing, production or publishing
- Interest in Virtual Reality and visual computing
- Good presentation skills
- Technical skills
- Ability to multi-task
The anticipated base salary for this position is $54,000 to $71,100. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
