JD:

What you’ll do:

· You will be working with AR / MR devices and software’s

· Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens/devices

· Perform login tests, overall solution test and sanity checks

· Assist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing

· Firmware upgrades

· Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship

· Train the other solution users

· Technical support over phone / email as and when needed

Qualifications:

· Any graduate

· Technical and good communication skills

· Exposure to Metaverse, AR / MR environments and smart glasses

· Good to have exposure to MS dynamics 365

· Open to learn new XR technologies

Attention to detail:

· Excellent time management skills

· Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations

· Ability to document if and when it is needed
