Job Title: AR/MR Device Consultant (NOT DEVELOPER)

Location: Nashville, TN & Detroit, MI (This is REMOTE)

Terms: Full time

What you’ll do:

• You will be working with AR / MR devices and software’s.
• Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens/devices
• Perform login tests, overall solution test and sanity checks.
• Assist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing.
• Firmware upgrades
• Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship.
• Train the other solution users
• Technical support over phone / email as and when needed.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate
• Technical and good communication skills
• Exposure to Metaverse, AR / MR environments and smart glasses
• Good to have exposure to MS dynamics 365
• Open to learn new XR technologies.

Attention to detail:

• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations.
• Ability to document if and when it is needed.
