Archangel, we elevated our ambition and tackled The Walking Dead universe in VR. The result was the 2020 genre-defining hit

Skydance Interactive – developers of the hit game The
Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – is looking for an Assistant to support the executive team at our studio. This entry-level role at Skydance Interactive is for you if you have an interest in and desire to learn about gaming, marketing, operations, business-development, production and design!
The Assistant will work with the executives to handle the daily management of workflows, including relationship management, schedule oversight, internal team communications, logistical planning for meetings, and strategic projects.
Skydance Interactive (formerly, The Workshop and now part of Skydance Media) has a long track record of work on top tier titles such as The Evil Within, XCOM 2, and Gears of War 4. We provide a dynamic, demanding, and highly collaborative team environment where industry veterans and fresh upcoming talent work side by side to create world-class games across a variety of platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leaders by handling correspondence, managing calendars, arranging calls and Zoom meetings, coordinating team events, and support for other administrative tasks
- Attends meetings/functions as needed or requested, taking detailed notes/minutes, and disseminating as appropriate
- Collaborates with department executives on presentation creation and support
- Create, modify, and review materials, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and various other documents
- Assist in the development of presentation materials using PowerPoint and other tools, and coordinating the compilation of the presentation from multiple contributors
- Act as a liaison with internal departments, its leadership team, and balance their needs with internal stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and manage relationships with external vendors
- Handle confidential information that requires total discretion and care in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes
- Complete and process expense reports for executives
- Conduct research as requested, including but not limited to market and industry research, technology equipment research, etc.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Administrative Support or Office Management OR a high-energy recent graduate with a desire to learn
- Must have a strong desire to work in interactive gaming industry and a passion for a passion for games
- Self-starter personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and discretion
- Demonstrable expertise in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom video conferencing; understanding of basic technological language and proficiency in both Mac and PC products a plus
- Prior work experience in a marketing, operations, or production environment – and in an industry such as video games, animation, film, or television is a plus
The hourly rate range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $ 20.00 – $ 21.64 . The rate offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
