Job Title:            AR/VR Device Consultant

Location:           Nashville, TN & Detroit, MI (This is REMOTE)

Terms:                Full time

Travelling:         Occasional

This is Support role not Development

JD:

What you’ll do:

• You will be working with AR / VR devices
• Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens / devices
• Perform login tests and sanity checks
• Assist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing
• Firmware upgrades
• Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship
• Technical support over phone / email as and when needed

Qualifications:

• Any graduate
• Technical and good communication skills
• Exposure to Metaverse, AR / VR environments

Attention to detail:

• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations
• Ability to document if and when it is needed
