Necessary Qualifications

· Experience in leading and contributing in client ideation sessions, develop design documentation and wireframing concepts for XR experiences

· Experience in educating customer about the experience design processes and principles in a way that is meaningful and applicable to their given industry

· Work with a team of 2D and 3D artists and engineers to iterate and implement designs in an Agile methodology

· Conduct usability testing both internally and with target audiences

· Experience working with business stakeholders and marketing team to interpret business needs and translate them into objective-driven experience design concepts.

· Perform technical consultations to shape demand coming from the brand teams and client partners

· Providing consulting, project management and development resources to create naturally interactive immersive spaces.

· Excellent communication skills to different seniority levels across the organization

Roles & Responsibilities

· Understand and consult on the XR services like AR/VR, 3D Modelling, 360 Experiences and other MR experiences

· Educate brand teams and client partners

· Facilitate discovery workshops to better define requirements and match to an appropriate technical solution

· Tracking the status for ongoing projects

· Work hand in hand with the Immersive and Interactive Content Technical Lead

· Manage delivery projects under the XR services as a PM

· Work with customer to refine and enhance the services

· Identifies market trends and help to drive optimization strategies

Review and monitor client feedback (positive and negative) on a constant basis to ensure clients feel their needs are being met

Education

Bachelor, MBA preferred but not essential
