Job Title:- AR/VR Device Consultant

Location:- Nashville, TN & Detroit, MI (This is REMOTE)

Terms:- Full time

This is a Support role, not a Development

JD:

What you’ll do:

·       You will be working with AR / VR devices

·       Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens/devices

·       Perform login tests and sanity checks

·       Assist solution testing, importing the workflows, and testing

·       Firmware upgrades

·       Pack the device with package materials/labels and ship

·       Technical support over the phone/email as and when needed

Qualifications:

·       Any graduate

·       Technical and good communication skills

·       Exposure to Metaverse, AR / VR environments

Attention to detail:

·       Excellent time management skills

·       Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations

·       Ability to document if and when it is needed.
