Job Description

What you’ll do:

·You will be working with AR / VR devices

·Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens / devices

·Perform login tests and sanity checks

·Assist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing

·Firmware upgrades

·Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship

·Technical support over phone / email as and when needed

Qualifications:

·Any graduate

·Technical and good communication skills

·Exposure to Metaverse, AR / VR environments

Attention to detail:

·Excellent time management skills

·Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations

·Ability to document if and when it is needed
