Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
2. Coordinate and manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
3. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
4. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identify trends and insights in digital marketing, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
8. Develop and manage website content.
9. Work with graphic designers to improve and optimize marketing materials.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
3. Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
4. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. Skills and experience in creative content writing.
6. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
