Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Producer with a background in event planning to join our 360 VR company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, creative problem solving, and event production. The Producer will work closely with our creative and technical teams to produce engaging and immersive 360 VR experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute 360 VR events from start to finish, ensuring that all project deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and immersive 360 VR experiences for our clients.
• Manage all aspects of the event planning process including budget management, logistics, and coordination.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide regular updates throughout the planning process.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in event planning or production, with a focus on experiential marketing or immersive events.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams to achieve project goals.
• Experience with 360 VR technology and production is preferred but not required.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and client meetings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a full-time position, located at our headquarters in NYC. The Producer will work primarily on-site while some remote work may be required for client meetings and events.
