Job Description:

The program coordinator is responsible for managing strategy, direction, coordination and execution of various company projects, specifically focused on integrity and privacy within the metaverse. Everyone is an owner on the team, so running a program or project also includes tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, communicating frequently with team members and management, writing summaries and sending status updates. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the area of virtual reality and integrity supporting critical strategy and operational work. The projects ultimately support the success of the developers in the ecosystem and ensures safe and positive experiences in the metaverse.


Job Responsibilities:

• Lead various projects and programs aimed at improving operations of compliance programs in AR/VR with the focus on developers

• Understand gaps and support in determining solutions, guiding decision making conversations and then leading implementation of best solutions

• Admin: coordinates deadlines on all deliverables, assists in coordinating schedules, take notes in meeting and updating roadmaps accordingly, keeping clear record of dependencies, deadlines and monitoring progress against those deadlines

• Assists in monitoring teams progress and escalating when blockers or issues are identified

• Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary, including charts, powerpoints and docs

• Attends all staff meetings pertaining to project and lead meeting agenda and actioning follow ups

• Sending recaps and updates to key stakeholders to update progress on projects

• Collaborate with various stakeholders - policy, legal, product, eng, data science - coordinating various projects related to improvement of our safeguards, such as developer assessment forms, compliance with data policies and enforcement mechanisms


Skills:

• Previous program management experience or operations experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience writing up short and concise posts, longer docs and making presentations

• Ability to work in a team environment and present updates in large team meetings

• Computer knowledge and various programs such as google suite, excel, project management tools like Asana


Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, liberal arts or business-related field.

• 5+ years of experience

• Experience working with developers

• Integrity and/or compliance experience

• Experience at a gaming company a plus
