Position Overview
Virtual and augmented reality are transforming design and creation through new immersive and collaborative experiences that will impact how major segments like entertainment, architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing converge. The industry is being transformed by XR technology growth, creating new ways of working to review, collaborate and create.
The AR/VR/MR (XR) team at Autodesk is responsible for building and delivering XR workflows to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry (AEC). This multi-disciplinary team is operating in a start-up mode within Autodesk with autonomy on product of course, but also sales, strategy, marketing, and operations.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success & Operations, XR and will provide support to one or more organization managers, ensuring programs or projects are accomplished successfully. You will perform multiple tasks to help guide overall implementation of project goals and objectives as well as coordinate the activities to facilitate operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to one or more organization managers, ensuring projects are accomplished successfully
- Manage projects for the Customer Success and Operations team, partnering closely with external program and project managers as needed
- Provide consistent and periodic project status updates to senior management
- Create and manage project plans, release plans, and other artifacts as needed
- Contribute to project strategy, design, development, and implementation
- Help prepare a variety of presentations in support of the project objectives
- Create, plan, and facilitate meetings and workshops to accomplish clear and effective decision making, tracking, and reporting on follow-up actions required
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field
- 5+ Years relevant program or project management work experience
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Experience working with global / virtual teams
- Structured and efficient in planning and coordination of projects
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a team-oriented and flexible approach
- Strong attention to detail, with the skills and experience to communicate "big picture" goals
- Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a start-up fashion even within a big company (things will move fast)
- Ability to travel abroad occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Budget management experience

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
