Full Job Description

Job Title: Producer

Location: Location: Tempe, AZ (local candidates to the Metro Phoenix area only)

Department: Video Reports to: Senior Producer

FLSA: Exempt

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Producer to join our Awesome team! As our Producer, you will lead many of our local and national video productions. You will also work directly with our Production Team to help craft the narrative and visuals for each project.  

 Job Duties:

• Lead Team for Video projects
• Work with our Producers in Pre Production
• Work with Copywriters to craft message
• Oversee the Production Process
• Ensure Customers are raving fans

 Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience working as a Producer
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Creative Video process
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: Based on Experience
