CBT Programming (Unreal) : Duration: 12 months, possible conversion
Jacksonville, FL : Remote, must have access to location for team meetings. Candidate will need to be local to the area
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD +3 years' related work experience, Master +5 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
PROJECT/SKILLS
• C and C++ coding, debug, and development
• Experience with custom UI functionality for multiple platforms such as Tablet, Desktop, VR/AR/XR.
• Ability to develop complex emulations/simulations in Unreal.
• Develop custom tools within Unreal to aid in workflow efficiencies and standardization across efforts.
Nice to have:
• Experience with SCORM
• Understand design principles
• Basic understanding of 3Ds MAX, PiXYZ
Job Description:
Creates methods and tools to support computer-based training development. Debugs computer-based training products to resolve problems. Recommends and incorporates changes to computer-based training elements to maintain currency of course materials. Works with industry vendors to influence future product releases. Serves as lead programmer for CBT production. Reviews training products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
