Accounts Receivable Manager: $85,000 - $100,000

Reputable Lancaster County company looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a world-class organization that has exceeded growth targets year after year.

As the AR Manager, you will be involved with the following and much more:

• Overseeing the monthly AR Close and cash posting processes
• Maintaining credit policies and determining any process improvement initiatives
• Monitoring credit risk and debt and evaluating customer creditworthiness
• Processing reconciliations and forecasting cash on a weekly basis

This is a manager role but our client is also looking for someone who is not afraid to get "into the weeds" at a lower level. Our client is also looking for someone who has experience working for a manufacturing company. A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of AR experience are required for this role. SAP experience is a plus!
