Responsibilities:

Clearbridge Mobile is looking for a Unity developer who is proficient in developing VR applications, primarily with the Meta Quest platform. As part of the engineering team, you will work to build software to help customers and businesses connect. We're looking for a self-motivated engineer who has a real passion for writing well-designed and exciting applications.

Daily Tasks:

• Develop Unity VR applications using C#
• Use object-oriented design principles, and help with analysis, implementation, and maintenance of projects
• Help build processes, continuous integration, and source control systems
• Manage time effectively and work within an AGILE environment alongside other developers, and diverse project members
• Interpret, follow, and translate design into a working product
• Publish builds to Oculus distribution channels

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years development experience using Unity, and C# with an emphasis on VR experiences (Quest 2)
• Strong knowledge of Object-oriented analysis and design, implementation, and SOLID principles of development
• Experience with Oculus SDKs, including Avatars, Lip Syncing, and intuitive 3D interactions
• Experience using Photon Networking (or similar) for multiplayer
• Experience managing Oculus app distribution channels, and app destinations
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Oculus developer hub
• Experience following designs and implementing based on mockups and storyboards
• Experience integrating with systems over REST
• Experience receiving and providing constructive code review feedback
• Experience with operating in an AGILE environment
• Experience working in a small team with tight deadlines
• Experience tracking down complex issues using logging, and debugging techniques
• A University or College degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

Nice to Have:

• Web technologies: HTML5, Javascript, CSS, React
• CGI Modelling experience
• Basic Unity Shader knowledge
• AR technologies
• GUI Design
