About The Role
Mass Virtual is looking for a highly motivative, self-starting, and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will
You will succeed in this role if, combined with experience, you have a passion for maintaining new technical knowledge and supporting team activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead in the design, solution, implementation, and documentation of all marketing projects
- Design and manage internal marketing workflows and processes
- Architect the overall marketing stack of products used
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
- Assist with the administration and management of social media platforms, including, designing, and presenting social media campaign ideas
- Coordinate and assist in planning, hosting, and scheduling of business development and marketing events
- Draft and submit press releases for major milestones
- Manage tradeshow organization, set-up, and execution
- Create, coordinate, and track marketing collateral and projects, such as presentations, newsletters, brochures, email and direct mail campaigns, flyers, market analyses, etc.
- Assist in creating timely and accurate sales presentations and packages using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Update digital ads and marketing collateral
- Maintain, upload, and adjust content and image assets for internal and external sites
- Organize, track, and maintain inventory of marketing materials and digital assets
- Print and collate materials for executive presentations and prospect meetings
- Update/maintain various written marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, templates, media relation pieces, and project
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice across all channels
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of proven experience in Marketing, Communication or related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
- Understand the elements of a social media post and successfully execute the posts across different platforms, inclusive of copy and visual
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat
- Ability to multitask and independently drive success in the Marketing Department with minimal supervision or guidance
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Microsoft Office expertise, with a strong emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Great To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar field or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Graphic design experience
- Experience using social media management tools (such as Hubspot)
