A world-renowned cosmetics company is partnering with Ascendo Resources to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to their team as they continue growing! We are looking for someone well-versed in NetSuite software. This is non-negotiable.

Compensation for this position is $80-90K + great benefits. Please note this role is 4 days on site, 1 day working from home.

The ideal Accounts receivable specialist holds the following credentials:

• NetSuite experience is required
• 3+ years of AR experience
• Retail industry experience is a big plus!

The AR Specialist will be responsible for the following:

• Collections on customer accounts and past due invoices, while maintaining the utmost customer service
• Processing of sales invoices and customer credits.
• Posting of all customer payments.
• Chargeback research and resolution
• Respond to all correspondences and requests from customers.
• Account reconciliations to ensure accurate receivable balances.
• Assist with adjustments (within eligible guidelines), including misapplied payments, overpayments, customer overage/shortage requests, etc.
• Monitor Aging Reports to identify/collect slow and/or unapplied payments, and credits.
• Assist with end-of-month closing duties to include cash application, billing, and reporting analysis.
• New customer setups, existing customer management/maintenance in NetSuite.
• Support Leadership AR reporting and analysis requests.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management and Supply Chain.
• Ad hoc projects, as necessary.
