Virtual and augmented reality are transforming design and creation through new immersive and collaborative experiences that will impact how major segments like entertainment, architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing converge. In this role, you will be part of the XR team responsible for Autodesk XR strategy, pushing the development of XR in the Autodesk portfolio and ecosystem. Our team guides and assists product groups across Autodesk to deliver XR workflows to our customers. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Product Management, XR. (Remote - Canada, USA)
Responsibilities
- Create systems, processes, tools, and reporting to enable the Product Team to build the right thing at the right time by surfacing and advocating for key insights
- Help setup and track core business metrics related to the product and disseminate insights with other teams leading to data-informed product development
- Own portions of operational health measurement, alerting, and incident reporting
- Serve as an incident manager as needed for high-impact outages and product issues
- Maintain high-quality documentation of systems, processes, and settings
- Map our end-to-end operational processes and identify opportunities to remove friction and leverage technology to improve efficiency
- Improve team performance and operation by establishing and training teams on best practices
- Proactively seek out and fulfill operational needs, such as workflow mapping and data gathering
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-year experience in Product Operations working with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Intermediate/Advanced SQL knowledge and/or highly technical
- Ability to drive efficiencies through process development, outsourcing or low-code/no-code tooling
- Experience with data analysis, building dashboards, experimentation, and testing (A/B, Multivariate)
- Team player and a fantastic collaborator
- Must be able to work independently, without supervision and manage multiple priorities
- Must be a self-starter, driven by curiosity
- Must have the ability to communicate complex insights coherently to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Pragmatic, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in an agile development environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming skills
- Experience with XR(AR/VR/MR) technologies/gaming
- Experience working with 3D tools used in Architecture, Engineering & Construction, and/or Design & Manufacturing industries

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $130,800 and $211,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
