Qualitest, the world’s leading AI-Powered Quality Engineering firm is looking for a leader to join our Center of Excellence (COE) for XR Tech. We have about 8,000 quality engineers and service 400+ active customers.

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance & Testing Professional with a significant background in AR/VR/MR device and experiences QA & Testing to join our Center of Excellence to lead our go-to-market strategy, contribute thought leadership and develop solutions for this emerging space. The right candidate will help develop our service offerings and supporting marketing collateral, enable technical solutions development, provide pre-sales support on various initiatives to new and existing clients, and liaise with existing clients to provide hands-on direction, planning and execution of new and ongoing testing projects in this domain.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team on sales calls, technical qualification of opportunities, RFP responses and technical guidance.
• Work closely with our sector teams to come up with sector specific use cases for XR/VR Tech assurance.
• Support delivery teams via technical guidance, candidate qualification and recruiting strategies development.
• Drive training and development of Device focused Quality Assurance and Testing initiatives across the company through a combination of in-house developed, vendor developed and other technical training in the device and XR Tech quality assurance and testing domain.
• Support field employees on Device Quality Assurance and Testing projects by fostering a sense of community, providing access to technical solutions for project issues, providing career development, competency and skills development.
• Develop thought leadership material for dissemination via seminars, webinars, new service offerings, marketing collateral for clients and development of technology focused methodologies.
• Manage channels that support and enhance our business delivery capabilities including offshore partners, tools vendors and services partners.

Requirements

• Self-driven, motivated team player with 10 plus years of proven Quality Assurance and Testing leadership experience.
• Significant background in Device assurance specially on AR/VR/MR devices and experiences.
• Process oriented individual with a high attention to detail.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytic and business skills.
• Proven experience managing consulting teams or a QA & Test practice.
• Hands-on experience in managing quality assurance and testing initiatives and projects for large enterprises.
• Good exposure to leading technical domains including manual and automated testing, cots and open-source tools and enterprise quality strategies.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to creating marketing collateral and support sales strategy.
• Strong interpersonal communications skills.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $170,000.
