Job Opening: IT Systems Engineer

Salary: $70k – $85k annual

We do this by combining traditional medical imaging with cutting edge virtual reality and big-data technology to improve understanding for patients, clinicians, and students.

Product

Perspectus VR is a virtual reality product that volumizes medical image like MRI and CT scans into the 3D space. When combined with a head mounted display (HMD) it allows the user to become fully immersed within the visual data set and walk through the human body.

Role

You will be a foundational member of the Perspectus corporate IT team. We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Engineer as an individual contributor for both desktop and MS Azure cloud administration with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

· Be the corporate IT business liaison and collaborate with all employees

· Configure and administrate Microsoft 365 including SharePoint for our corporate needs

· Create and integrate back-office systems to support company growth

· Create and run MS Azure DevOps for product development

· Setup employee computers for remote management

· Be the internal IT helpdesk and Initiate actions to resolve employee issues

· Provide product deployment and configuration assistance for customers and product demonstrations

· Create data compliance standards for handling PII & PHI data

· Provide ad hoc product testing from time to time

· Provide well understood technical documentation

· Mentor other employees as our company grows

What we want

· Strong understanding of the Windows Operating System

· Experience with enterprise-based switches, firewalls, and VPNs

· Experience with MS Azure

· Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

· Proactive “can-do” contribution towards overcoming obstacles impacting our business

· Ability to travel up to 20%

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

· 4+ years’ experience in a corporate IT role

· Seasoned in industry best practices for corporate IT processes
