Job Description

We deliver performance-based training solutions, Kratos views training holistically – from needs analysis to curriculum development to system sustainment. Courseware, industry-leading simulation systems, and advanced interactive, web, social media, and mobile technologies are leveraged to create enhanced immersive training environments. Virtual warfighter training scenarios, tailored to each combatant role, enhance the warfighter’s readiness to assess the situation and determine a course of action prior to engaging the enemy. Dangerous battlefield encounters can be simulated in a virtual environment, allowing warfighters to physically practice and develop required tactical skills without exposing them to danger during the training.
