As an Event Creator, you will:
- Work with the product department to create our virtual reality training events, from sourcing speakers and building the agenda, to ensuring the content is engaging and effective, and bringing it all to life
- Ensure all communications, masterclass agendas and participant lists are up to date
- Build relationships and exercise good stakeholder management with our industry leaders and speakers
- Organise and lead run-through meetings
- Send contracts and schedule event dates, prepare handbooks and attendee profiles and maintain the CRM
- Stay up to date with the latest VR technology and train people on latest trends
The perfect individual will have...
- Experience in an administrative, project management or event producer role
- Expert multitasking skills!
- The ability to communicate well with people at all levels and in different fields of work
- The organisation and patience of a saint 😇
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A think-on-your-feet, problem solving attitude and mindset
- A passion for VR, events and training 🧡
