Job Summary


A Creative Producer of Interactive Experiences & Digital Content is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of interactive experiences, which can include interactive installations, exhibits, games, or other digital or physical experiences that engage, educate and entertain audiences while ensuring that the project meets the creative vision and objectives of the client.


You will be responsible to manage best-in-class creative projects and serve as the nucleus of a project, serving as the primary point of communication with the client, while driving the internal project team’s process, planning, and communication.

You will work independently, while receiving mentorship from Senior Director and manage 2-5 projects simultaneously, further understands priorities in the context of agency and client expectations, turning ideas into actionable tactics, timelines, budgets and deliverables.


The Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Client Communication: Working closely with the client to understand their creative requirements and objectives, and managing client expectations throughout the project in terms of experiential technologies, Digital Content and Interactive Experiences.


Leading the Creative Direction: Providing a creative vision and direction to the team to ensure that the interactive experience and digital contents are unique, memorable, and aligned with the client's branding and messaging.


Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborating with the team to develop and refine the concept for the interactive experience, installations, and gamification that resonates with the target audience and delivers the desired brand message.


Design and development: Overseeing the design and development of the interactive experience and digital content, working with a team of architectural designers, designers, developers, and other professionals to ensure that the project meets the client's objectives and is executed to a high creative standard.


Resource Planning: Determining the necessary resources, including freelance designers, developers, personnel, equipment, and supplies, to execute the interactive experiences & digital content successfully. You will work with internal teams and vendors to secure resources and ensure they are available when required.


Outsourcing: Identifying and sourcing external vendors and obtain costs of interactive experiences, such as third-party interactive studios and freelancers. You will be responsible for selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with them throughout the project.


Team Management: Managing a team of designers, developers, and other professionals involved in the interactive experiences. You will oversee their work and provide feedback to ensure that the interactive experiences meet the client's objectives and are executed to a high creative standard.


Risk Management: Identifying and managing any potential risks associated with the interactive experiences, such as technical issues or inclement weather that could affect the event. You will develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of any risks.


Testing and quality assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that the interactive experience works as intended and is free of bugs or technical issues.


Evaluation and analysis: Conduct a post-experience evaluation to assess the success of the project creatively, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback from audiences.


Core Competencies:


● Solid technical and creative production expertise – understanding the creative process, design, interactive experiences development, Digital Content Creation (2D/3D Animation) and production workflows

● Great understanding of XR (AR, VR, MR) software and gaming engines.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Excellent internal and client-facing communication skills

● Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

● Diplomatic and professional when handling tough situations

● Self-starter who works well with minimal oversight

● Technology Savvy

● Proactive, high-energy, and reliable

● Ability to be resourceful, inspired, and self-driven while jumping in to play different roles on a project.

● Arabic language is a plus



Experience:


● Bachelor’s Degree in New Media or relevant experience in the field of XR (MR, VR, AR)

● Minimum 5~10 years of relevant professional experience

● At least 4 years of experience managing experiential projects such as exhibitions, interactive development, immersive media, and/or digital installations

● Demonstrated experience managing complex projects
