⚡ Role: Business Development Executive

🌎 Location: United States, Remote

💲 Base $110,000 - $130,000 (plus commission, benefits, equity)

I am partnered with an organisation who are building the next generation of learning. With an exceptional founding team who have an innovative vision for growth, this company are searching for a Business Development Executive to help turn their vision into a (virtual) reality.

You will

• Strategically approach a wide-range of opportunities, organising the business development department to align for corporate growth
• Map opportunities across employee development- HR departments, company training programs, immersive learning experiences & grasp optimal opportunity for business growth
• Track and evaluate the sales pipeline and be able to evaluate what is working, what needs to be implemented and what should be changed
• Build and grow on 40 current partnerships - building contacts and establish processes that can be scaled as the team grows
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprises & mid-market business.

You have

• At least 5+ years experience within a Business Development function
• At least 3+ years experience in an Early-Stage EdTech Start-up
• Corporate Learning experience is ideal (VR/AR, Content Libraries, LXP, Micro/mobile-learning)
• A proven record of success

• A sales expert who is passionate about building relationships and delivering a high-quality service to the customer
• A creative strategic thinker with a growth mindset
• An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player and positive approach
