Instructional Designer (Immersive Learning & Virtual Reality)

Instinct are working with a growing tech organisation who specialise in the delivery of virtual reality content and platforms. They are looking for someone with strong instructional design skills to work with clients on the creation of market-leading content.
About the company:
Our client is a virtual reality learning provider who are at a vital part of their growth journey. They have a small but growing team and an impressive client base given their age. Their main product is the VR platform but they are looking to grow a content design offering, which you would be a crucial part of.
About the role:
Reporting to one of the senior product managers, you would be working closely with clients to consult on learning needs and designing blueprints for the learning content. Once the platform has been sold and deployed, you would step in to establish a relationship with customers and provide them with a first-class instructional design experience.
About you:
The successful candidate would have the following experience:
- Strong experience of Instructional Design is essential for this role, preferably in a client-facing setting.
- Experience creating learning content for virtual reality (VR) and immersive technologies is essential for this role.
- Experience working with content development and technology teams will also be essential for this role.
- As this is a relatively small team, you would require the ability to work autonomously.
- Video will be a medium that is widely used, so experience creating scripts and storyboards would be advantageous.
- Experience working with medical content matter would be a benefit, but definitely not essential for this role.
