We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to keep the Marketing team organized while also being a point person for interdepartmental communications. You’ll be involved in all aspects of marketing including supporting campaigns, initiatives, and working towards achieving department and company OKRs. This role will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a project manager for the Marketing team
- Develop agendas, record notes, and assign action items for meetings
- Communicate with other departments on cross functional tasks and projects
- Organize and share marketing assets and materials
- Support with data gathering and reporting
- Work with marketing team members on campaigns and initiatives
- Work with in-house dev team or utilize CMS to make changes to the website
- Support with the development and delivery of email campaigns
- Work with the marketing manager on social media content creation
- Create presentations via Powerpoint or Canva
- Coordinate with in-store team members on bookings, promotions, and marketing assets
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of marketing experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Incredibly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and also proactively work alone
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Google suite, Canva is a plus
- Social Media experience is a plus
- Email Marketing experience is a plus
