Job Description
A digitally-focused studio within the global arts and culture space, is on the search for a Project Manager, to join their team. Merging art and tech, this studio is using Augmented Reality, live events, and 3D exhibitions, to elevate and bring the new platforms into galleries and to artists to bring a different perspective to the art world. Based within North London, you’ll have the opportunity to work within a hybrid working environment with bonus additions to the role including private medical and dental insurance, family-friendly arrangements, workplace pensions and other perks within the office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as point of contact between account management, production, technical and 3D teams to ensure weekly updated progress of briefs and expectations are managed throughout the project
- Defining project scopes, deliverables, project resources needed and other additional factors to plan the content production within the wider business and teams
- Oversee projects, monitoring progress, timelines, budgets, and other project deliverables
- Organising and leading post-projects workshops, as a method to review final project executions and deliverables for any key lesson takeaways and to improve future processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within a similar environment and role, with exposure to immersive technology such as AR, VR or WEBGL
- Understanding of CG Content production progress, from conception to execution, minimising and identifying any potential risks
- High level of written, spoken and financial literacy, to communicate accordingly with multiple stakeholders internal and external to the company
- Passionate within the wider tech and arts space, incorporating and sharing relevant up-to-date trends within the wider business and projects
