Digital Project Manager | Tech for good company | £45,000 - £55,000 | London/Remote

We're looking for a passionate, Senior Digital Project Manager to join a strong team in a digital creative agency, leading the digital development team.

We are looking for someone who has a real love for digital & collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as working closely with clients to achieve common goal.

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits 💰

Preston/Remote (1 day per week in the office with flexibility) 📍

The Role:

• Oversee & advance the digital development team, looking over the daily operations of the complete digital team.
• Take the lead on every stage of digital development and delivery.
• Developing and researching innovative products and services to support the company's growth and success, such as immersive technology, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
• Establishing a profound understanding of our clients, their business objectives, and their strategy, taking the lead on innovative digital solutions that support these goals.
• Working collaboratively to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
• Scoping the needs, factors, and dependencies of the project;
• Planning the budget; briefing the team and clients;
• Scheduling the production and ensuring that quality standards are fulfilled;
• Developing support documents, such as risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Managing the rollout of digital initiatives.
• Completion of the project within the parameters of quality, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in the hiring of new team members where necessary.

Requirements:

• Be able to work well under pressure, like a fast-paced workplace, and be interested in a variety of projects from our vast spectrum of clients.
• Ability to write original, creative proposals.
• Experience pitching and showing real-time digital solutions to clients.
• Keep up with industry-related knowledge.
• Experience providing end-to-end project management including onsite delivery where appropriate.
• Having demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Project management practices and methodologies, such as Agile and PRINCE2.
