The Opportunity


Do you have a passion for the immersive and interactive world of 3D? Join Adobe's 3D & Interactive team to work on outstanding 3D tools and technologies that empower creatives in the most exciting new mediums. We work on a diverse range of projects including AR, VR and integrating new technologies to improve 3D content creation for gaming, entertainment, product design and marketing. We are looking for Product Managers who have an unbridled curiosity for solving customer problems in a space where the software and hardware landscape is rapidly shifting.

What You'll Do


  • Drive at least one project that will affect the team's roadmap and key results
  • Partner with designers, engineers, other product managers, and business collaborators
  • Talk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc
  • Demonstrate customer compassion, understanding what a customer wants, and identify their unspoken, unmet needs
  • Build market expertise through market research and trends research
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutions
  • Test solutions with users
  • Outline a summer product roadmap for your areas of responsibility through partnership with engineering and design
  • Drive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition, team assignments, and coordination across the company
What You'll Need to Succeed


  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA or MS (preferably computer science) program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Technical understanding of Augmented Reality and/or Virtual Reality, ideally with prior work experience
  • Knowledge of the current XR competitive landscape; ability to generate product strategies based on competitive analysis
  • Cross-functional management – You know how to optimally lead across and connect with all roles
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and excel at communication
  • Grit – Proven perseverance toward a lofty goal through serious obstacles and adversity
  • Resourceful and imaginative – Ability to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal
  • Poise under pressure – Validated ability to make tough decisions, based on logical criteria, under tight time constraints
  • Strong analytical abilities – An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations


All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns should live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites should follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
