Job Title: Senior Virtual Reality Developer and CTO

Location: Singapore (hyprid)

Job Type: Full-time

We are a fast-growing startup in Singapore, seeking a talented Senior Virtual Reality Developer to join our team and lead our technology efforts as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our virtual reality platform, overseeing the technology team, and ensuring the successful execution of our product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall technology strategy and vision for the company.
• Lead the development and execution of our virtual reality platform, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Hire and manage a team of developers and engineers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects
• Work closely with the product team to align technology development with business objectives.
• Ensure the scalability, stability, and security of our platform
• Keep up-to-date with the latest virtual reality technology trends and incorporate them into the company's strategy

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in virtual reality development
• 2 years of experience in a CTO or similar leadership role as lead devloper
• Strong programming skills in virtual reality development, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Deep understanding of virtual reality hardware and software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must be based in Singapore or willing to relocate
