Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of 15+ employees by providing training, coaching and mentorship
• Drive and improve KPI's: DSO, bad debt expense, AR aging, etc.
• Produce AR monthly reporting
• Create and implement AR process and procedures

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of AR and order to cash
• 2+ years of management experience
• Construction/engineering industry experience a plus
• Large ERP exposure: SAP is a plus
