15. Maturation Tools- Blue Buck, E-Cube, Local E cube/ checking fixture part validation at Supplier End, Data Management

Job Responsibility: (Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables)

1. Research Understand the market offering, benchmarking the interior and exterior of competitor designs using both physical assessments and A2Mac1 to provide insights and guidance for existing and new Arrival product concepts

2. Propose Create and maintain target documents such a s a gap plan to define critical interface section development through the programs, ensuring targets are class-leading and achievable

3. Collaborate with Industrial Design to ensure the product vision is understood and protected through the engineering phase, provide feedback to ensure the concept is robust and repeatable for manufacture

4. Develop Work closely alongside Engineering teams, bringing them together with other relevant cross functional stakeholders to represent the attribute, negotiate and resolve concerns that affect the perception of quality

5. Validate Use 3D data and visualization skills to take sections, create rendered models, demonstrate different engineering routes and assess the options from the user ’s perspective using virtual reality & prototypes

6. Resolve Identify, raise & help to prioritize issues from the start of the design process all the way into production.

Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g., BE- Mech): B.E- Mechanical Skills:

Primarily Skill: CATIA, VRED, SPEOS, 3DCS, MS OFFICE

Secondary Skill: AR, VR

Domain Knowledge:

Must have: Perceived Quality, Benchmarking, Craftsmanship, Product audit, Automobile current trend Knowledge, Part designing, Part development.
