IT Support Engineer – Design/Digital/VR – WC1- £35K
My client a well-established architectural firm based in London are searching the market for a talented engineer to hit the ground running in supporting internal staff providing hands on support.
About the role:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support
- Escalating 3rd line support issues to senior support members
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors
- Being the first point of contact for customers and escalating issues when necessary
Key Skills (Not All Essential):
- Previous experience of digital support, preferably in design and architecture
- Demonstratable knowledge of hardware and software issued in a windows environment
- Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and other collaboration software
- Great knowledge of active directory and network security principles
- Administration experience with Microsoft exchange
- Experience with MDM support using IOS or Android
- Strong experience with Design and Architecture software e.g.: Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, VR, Enscape and Autodesk applications
