Proven Solutions is looking for a highly motivated, innovative and experienced Sales supervisor with a background in IT or/and virtual reality technology to shape the vision and strategy for our Proven Reality division. This functional role will be accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and will serve as the liaison between technical development, product sales and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in an exciting and fast-growing sector!
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sale. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, , products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Establish sales objectives by developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit for new customers.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Providing pre-sales demonstrations and product education, and after-sales support services.
- Deal with an inspiring team environment and open communication culture.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate and evaluate competitive solutions and market opportunities; write and present business cases to the management for new products/Solutions and major enhancements in the product domain.
- Collaborate with customers and sales, plus use general market/competitive knowledge, to establish requirements.
- Effectively collaborate with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to drive projects to completion and add value to the business.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, and other teams to shape requirements, features and product updates.
- Provide pre- and post-sale customer technical support, qualify customer requirements, provide quotations and proposals.
- Assist in development of business development related marketing collateral such as case studies and whitepapers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred with a Technology background).
- Proven working experience as a sales executive or a relevant role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of scientific and technical products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative/Strategic thinking skills.
- Entrepreneurship mindset.
- Should have driving license and own a car
