The world needs to turn our attention towards them, and start creating an aging experience that is defined by health, happiness, and positive social connection.


Rendever is overcoming social isolation through the power of virtual reality and shared positive experiences. Our resident engagement platform has been implemented in more than 500 senior living communities, hospice organizations, and health systems. Partners are using Rendever to reduce depression and loneliness by fostering personal connections amongst populations where life has become limited. Participants in group sessions can check off bucket list items together, revisit meaningful places, share stories, and stay engaged with family members, through our award winning networked virtual reality platform.


Rendever is in an exciting period of growth, with an all-star lineup of current partners and industry that is ready for change following the COVID-19 pandemic. To keep up with industry interest and upcoming new product offerings, we’re ramping up our Community Engagement Team.


We’ve worked diligently to ensure our value prop alignment is on point, our customers are incredibly happy, and our entire deployment is white glove. All systems are in place to scale and distribute this platform at the next level, and we’re eager to bring a few all-stars onboard who will help get us there.


We are looking for a motivated Manager to join our Community Engagement Team who will support our growing roster of community partners. A successful candidate will manage a number of critical responsibilities within the Community Engagement department and be well-positioned to drive growth in key categories of the business. 


The right person for the role will be an autonomous worker who is detail-oriented, passionate about technology that positively impacts the aging experience, has a go-getter attitude, and hunger for contributing to the success of a team by seeing projects through from start to finish.


The Community Engagement Manager will build long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with Rendever. The goal is to retain clients or accounts as long as possible by providing the highest level of customer happiness possible. Moreover, in this role, the Manager will be expected to increase new business and grow existing accounts. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

Community Outreach and Account Ownership

Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers and develop long-term relationships with all accounts, while capturing all details of communications within Hubspot - Rendever’s CRM tool. The Manager is responsible for making sure clients receive service and support in a timely manner, as well as communicating the client needs to the Community Engagement team. As well, managing projects within the client relationships will be closely tied to delivering against company objectives - specifically those that are tied to growth. Thus, the ability to identify opportunities to grow the business with existing clients is critical for this role.


Working Cross Functionally and Driving Revenue

The Community Engagement Manager will be expected to collaborate with the sales team to support the onboarding of new partners and grow accounts from single community deployments into operator group deployments (i.e. single community vs. multiple communities). As well, a close working relationship with the marketing and partnership team will lead to new partnership opportunities brought forward by the Community Engagement Manager, specifically as it relates to content creation and partnerships for assigned accounts.


Community Support

Own the responsibilities tied to developing weekly call lists for all accounts, including the categorization of community partners into predetermined segments, and developing new target segments that reflect the needs of the business. Moreover, some communities will require minor tech support, which this role will deliver. 


Meeting Management 

Schedule meetings to achieve the support objectives of the Community Engagement team, and adoption goals for each client account. This responsibility requires knowledge of Rendever’s partnership groups to ensure appropriate meetings and tutorials are set up to deliver consistent value to all community members.


Other

Additional areas of responsibility include supporting Rendever’s website chat function, creating action items based on Google Alerts and industry news, following up on community requests, and any other needs that might come up within the Community Engagement function. We’re a small team that is growing very quickly, so we need someone who is willing to wear a lot of hats!
