Our automotive division - izmocars is a leading provider of automotive solutions globally with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. We provide retail solutions for online eCommerce, CRM, and Data Analytics for the automotive industry.
Our clients are Automotive OEMs, large dealer groups, rental car companies, and leading online portals. We are expanding our Global Development Centre in Bangalore and are looking for a dynamic Data Manager.

izmofx (www.izmofx.com) is a division of izmocars, the leading provider of interactive media content for the automotive industry. With studios in Los Angeles and Brussels and full CGI production capabilities, we create content that drives online web commerce for some of the largest online automotive providers in the world.
We are creating a platform that will deliver Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for the automotive industry. Our goal is to deliver experiential leads with virtual test drives and vehicle demos so that users can view and discover new models in the metaverse or in a public space.
We are seeking a Creative Director to lead all the creative development for the VR product group. The right candidate should be a highly strategic thinker with a track record of leading creative development across multiple channels including digital and gaming products. In addition, the candidate should have extensive experience in leading product development and thrive in a fast paced, semi-structured environment designed for iterative creative development.
Creative Director, VR (izmofx) Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and creative direction of automotive product experiences
- Develop original concepts and ideas for immersive experiences
- Work with cross functional team to translate creative vision into products, and helping teams understand complex narratives
- Create storyboards and scripts based on audience and products
- Create and sustain a culture of excellence as a beloved leader of designers, illustrators, copywriters, animators, engineers and partnering with producers, program managers, and product marketing managers
- Inspiring, enabling, and energizing a world-class creative team
- Collaborate with an internal team of varying skillsets to serve a global audience
- Help lead and manage both in-house and external teams in creative strategy, execution and production
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative experience, including design and art direction experience with 5+ years management experience
- Experience developing and managing creative digital or gaming products from end to end
- Experience across creative expression: traditional, digital (including products), experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
- Proactive self-starter, self-driven work ethic that demonstrates results and can drive an idea from detailed concept to completed product.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and rapidly iterate and pivot designs.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AR/VR trends in both gaming and non-gaming industries
- Familiarity with game engines like Unity3D and/or Unreal
- User-experience design including UI and user flow
