We are a -very fast - expanding scale-up offering location-based entertainment, in the form of virtual reality. We believe VR is the future of entertainment and we want to bring it to everyone - anywhere. We are already present in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK, with plans to further expand. To fuel our growth, we are looking for a head of global operations.

As head of global operations, you'll be the brains behind the operations, using your skills in performance analytics and cost control to make sure everything is running smoothly. And let's not forget, our customers are at the center of everything we do, so you'll make sure they're having the time of their lives while they're with us.


You will also be a member of our leadership team: you define the direction and strategy in this very exciting scale-up phase.



What you will be doing


  • Take the responsibility for all our operations and performance, of our locations around the world. (currently 12 locations)
  • Guide and motivate large teams to achieve our operational goals. You lead a team of operations coördinators. They plan and guide our (master)hosts that run the show in our venues every day.
  • Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement restructuring and reorganisation as necessary, always looking for new ways to optimize.
  • Define, design and implement the venue customer experience, in close cooperation with our commercial development. This includes redesigning our total hospitality approach across all our venues.
  • Ensure that clear manuals, guidelines and trainings are implemented, so we continue to deliver +9/10 customer experiences in all venues,
  • Control the costs, while also ensuring a positive customer experience, balancing the books and the happiness of our guests.
  • Design the operational guidelines for our franchises around the world.
  • Interact with all other departments, as a central spider in the web ensuring we deliver what we sell, every day on every location.


What you bring


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with experience in multi-venue operations.
  • Strong understanding of performance analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills, you'll be able to talk to anyone and make them believe in your vision.
  • The ability to build engaged teams.
  • A strong capability of defining priorities, creating focus and ensuring peace in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner. Combined with a hands-on approach. You’re not afraid to do it yourself and test out new methods.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to make a real impact on the business, you're in it to make people happy.
  • A passion for technology.
  • Multilingual skills in Dutch, French and English.
