Who are we?


The View is a company preparing to launch a brand-new online platform to create, market, and sell Virtual Reality products. We are looking for highly talented individuals who want to join this journey!


The skillset


  • Three years of experience in a similar role in social media, community management or digital marketing
  • Experience with the leading brand strategy on social media channels, especially Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, Twitch, Youtube etc.
  • A passion and strong understanding of VR and Web3 communities.
  • Experience with creating paid campaigns for Social Media.
  • Understanding on how to refine a brand’s voice on Social Media, including copywriting and implementing best strategies across different online media.
  • Experience reviewing analytics and making informed decisions based on them.
  • Competent with Meta Business Suite, Twitter Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager.
  • Experience with design tools, like Adobe Suite or Canva, is appreciated.
  • Eager to assume responsibilities and learn new tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Self-starter and independent learner excited to work as a part of a high-performing / international team.
  • Previous experience in a start-up is a plus.


The challenge


  • Set the priorities and own the day-to-day editorial, content plans and copywriting for our social media channels – bringing brand consistency and best practices to the marketing activations.
  • Drive innovation across social creative and messaging.
  • Execute real-time, 1:1 community interaction on behalf of the brand, in social media as well as community channels, like Discord.
  • Develop strategic campaigns that are community-centric.
  • Manage and drive engagement for the community of The View.
  • Set platform goals and analyse the results of the marketing social media campaigns to benchmark success and extract actionable insights to track performance against our goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement outstanding social communications and community activations.
