Who are we?

The View is a company preparing to launch a brand-new online platform to create, market, and sell Virtual Reality products. We are looking for highly talented individuals who want to join this journey!

The skill-set

• 3+ years experience in an Event Management role
• Eager to assume responsibilities and learn new tasks
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Self-starter and independent learner excited to work as a part of a high-performing / international team.
• Previous experience in a start-up is a plus.

The challenge

• Plan and coordinate a wide range of events, including conferences, meetings, Virtual Reality exhibitions, and corporate functions
• Manage budgets, contracts, and logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio/visual needs
• Manage the logistics of the event, including setup, breakdown, and any on-site issues that may arise
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, and ensure that all details are handled smoothly
• Evaluate and measure the success of events, and provide internal stakeholders with post-event reports and feedback

What do we offer

• Salary between €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
