The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• 3+ years of technical project management experience. 
• A huge bonus if you have a background in Computer Science, Augmented Reality, and/or medical practices. 
• 3+ years organizing tasks and teams in Jira. 
• Proven performance of management of large teams. 

Skills we are looking for:

• Knowledge of full stack environments. 
• Exemplary Communication with executive managers, clients, and project stake holders. 
• Ability to produce and communicate tasks from meetings to engineers, QA, and artists.

• Lead iterative delivery of cross-functional initiatives (for app and platform components) from concept to launch, through focus on transparency, communication, visibility and accountability 
• Ability to translate engineer speak is a plus. 
• Above all, honesty and proper representation of project status. 

In this role, you will: 

• Lead iterative delivery of cross-functional initiatives (for app and platform components) from concept to launch, through focus on transparency, communication, visibility and accountability 
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver a product that our industry loves 
• Own communication for technical delivery across these projects with senior leadership and across partner organizations 
• Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints to move products forward quickly 
• Work with development teams to ensure proper status reporting and lifecycle evolution of in-flight products 
• Bring deep technical and software expertise, strong project management skills, good judgment and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment

• 6+ years of complex project management experience 
• A Passion for Augmented/Mixed Reality and computer vision project work
• Proven ability to create complex, cross-functional workplans with both internal and external stakeholders 
• Experience with Azure Services 
• Experience coordinating release schedules 
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate succinctly; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals 
• Natural leadership skills and lead by example 
• Ability to effectively identify and mitigate technical and non-technical program risks 
• Experience working in a fast-paced matrix technical organization; understanding of working in a start-up environment driving clarity to often ambiguous work 
• Solid understanding and experiences in adopting Agile practices with product teams (Scrum, Kanban, or others) 
• Passion for technology and customer-led design 
• Proven problem-solving skills and proven organizational skills 
• Nice-to-have: Experience delivering consumer electronics and IoT devices
