We are currently partnered with an exciting B2C eCommerce marketplace platform who are now looking for a Director of Product Management with experience in eCommerce marketplaces.

In this role, you will lead product feature development in AR/VR for personalization and customization to help increase business conversion rate as customer have an accurately depicted visual.

The ideal candidate for this role has strong product instincts, leadership skills, a technical and agile mindset, while staying close to user-centred design values, principles and practices within eCommerce. Furthermore experience and knowledge with AR/VR would be a bonus.

You will be:

• Analyzing and defining key success metrics that measure the value and success of your products.
• Partnering with the Design and Engineering teams to create a strong cross-functional working relationship.
• Gather feedback and assess the functional needs in accordance of what is required from the product

Minimum requirements

• A Bachelors degree in the technical/quantitative field or corresponding practical experience
• 5+ years of working in Product Management
• Background in Marketplace Analytics, Digital Analytics, Retail and/or eCommerce
• Retail and/or eCommerce industry experience in a heavily data-driven environment
• You have experience building Marketplace tools.
• You have led high-performing product teams.
