Job Description
We are looking for a Video Content Creator who is excited to take on a huge challenge by working in the emerging market of Virtual Reality (VR).
We will look to our Video Content Creator to visually tell the story of Roundtable Learning’s brand and service offerings, to teach our prospects what VR is, where it’s going, and how it can be utilized in a professional setting. Ultimately, they will focus on all our videography efforts, social media presence, graphic design, and strategy brainstorming. Be prepared to share samples of your work or portfolio along with your application.

We need an experienced Video Content Creator who understands videography and social media management to help educate clients on our innovative and complex service offerings, upholding our high SEO standards, and position us as an industry thought leader.
Job Functions
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to ideate and plan content for campaign ideas each quarter
- Storyboard and draft scripts with the support of marketing and learning teams
- Create videos and graphics for social, written, and website content
- Schedule and manage social media calendar focusing on building brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage all social media accounts (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring monthly goals and KPIs are met
- Regularly conduct keyword research and implement SEO guidelines to increase social traffic
- Ensure all-around consistency and alignment with brand book
- Identify new and creative opportunities to communicate our service offerings to our target buyers
Requirements
- Proficient in Final Cut, Adobe After Effects or other video editing software
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with social media management tools
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining KPIs for social growth and brand awareness
- Creative eye for visualizing, shooting, and editing content effectively for all social media and web formats
- Detail-oriented, great work ethic, and excellent time management skills
- Able to take feedback, direction, and meet deadlines
- Able to collaborate with the marketing department, but also able to work independently
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and propose ideas
- Excellent communication skills and able respond quickly
- Strong understanding and previous experience creating content for YouTube
- Portfolio and/or samples of work are required
- Timely, flexible, and a proven ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving, decision making & the ability to work independently
