• Project Manager/Producer required for award-winning creative studio

This award-winning creative studio specializing in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Interactive Entertainment technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Producer to manage multiple high-profile projects. The ideal candidate has previously worked on AR, VR, and gaming projects, and has experience in a creative agency environment.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have at least a bachelor's degree, but prior experience may qualify someone.
• 2-5 year’s experience at a software company, creative studio, digital agency, or game studio
• Hands-on experience and understanding of web technologies, mobile application development, and/or emerging technologies in augmented and virtual reality
• A proven track record in fostering and managing development and creative teams and direct client relationships
• Ability to supervise, manage and collaborate with other employees including partners, management, production, creative and technical staff, and ability to anticipate needs, anticipate opportunities, and anticipate problems
• Candidates must be solutions orientated
• Candidates must be able to execute on process and stay agile in their mindset at the same time
• Candidates must demonstrate experience in traditional project management techniques and utilizing Agile frameworks such as Scrum
• Certification in Scrum is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain different types of plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, and quality plans. Implement agile or traditional gantt plans, resourcing tools, governance plans, and risk registries
• Develop communication plans to brief and debrief stakeholders at all levels both externally and internally
• Own projects with difficult timelines and large numbers of resources. Work with stakeholders to ensure quality and attention to details rises to expectation levels. Identify and work a critical path, break down tasks, and communicate status. Focus on feature delivery. Balance cost, speed, and quality (scope).
• Learn about emerging technologies and an ability to articulate their capabilities
