About the Role

We are looking for an experienced product leader to serve as a fractional CPO / consultant to help us successfully move our offering to the next stage of development.

You are able to help define a clear vision for our nascent product and identify how that vision will be realized. Your relevant industry expertise will help inform and prioritize our roadmap. You will work closely with the founders and wider team to help achieve our mission.

This role also encompasses the ability to move to a full time position as the company scales.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience as a product leader or CPO
• Demonstrated ability to take products from 0 to 1
• Contextual knowledge of marketing & product positioning
• Understanding of technologies and engineering requirements
• Experience and comfort working with early stage startups

Relevant industry experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Video games / Interactive entertainment
• Immersive technology (XR: VR AR MR)
• Social media

Nice to haves:

• Interest in virtual reality, 3D computer graphics and video games
• Knowledge of privacy frameworks like CCPA, GDPR, etc
• Fintech product experience

About the Team

We are a small and growing team, passionate about the future of immersive technology and making the future of online social environments a more positive and secure experience.

We have intentionally kept the team very small and focused on UX research & concept testing. We are now reaching our next phase, and are looking to expand the team with some key hires.
